Great use of iPods in the Travel industry! Check out the Podcast
Just listening to the Travel Show on The Podcast Network as they were talking about The Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island, two local areas of Victoria. If you follow the Ocean Road to its end, you virtually end up at Warrnambool, the place I grew up.
They didn’t mention Kermonds Hamburgers (or Warrnambool either) but was interested in the Tour Operator on the show (Go West Tours) mentioning that they use iPods to have their tour information in different languages for their tours. What a great idea. Okay, it might be a bit obvious but I wounder how many companies actually do it?
So if your coming to Melbourne and want to find out about the Great Ocean Road or Phillip Island Penguins or just get some ideas of day trips possible out of Melbourne, go and have a listen to the show.
Enjoy.
Molly
PS. If your going to the ‘Bool (Warrnambool), do yourself a favour and check out Kermonds Hamburgers! (NB: I have no financial interest in Kermonds, their just that dam good that everyone should try one!)
