Fresh Fruit and Veg - any uncooked fruit and veg eaten - 1 Apple, 1 Bannana, (mixed nuts and dried fruit)

Fatty Foods - Marg and Vegimite on Toast and Muffin. Schnitzel and cheese in lunch.
Menu:
Breakfast: 1 English muffine with marg and vegimite
Lunch: Chicken Schnitzel salad roll with tasty Cheese
Dinner: Low fat Pasta with a Low fat Tomato Based sause
Snacks over course of whole day: Apple, Banana, Mixed Fruit and nuts, and 2 pieces of toast with marg and vegimite (definite weakness here)
Drinks: Green Tea and Water.
