The position of Technical Support Manager - Asia Pacific will report to the Director of World Wide Technical Support who is based in Bedford, MA. This position ensures timely delivery of technical support services to customers and ensures that the attainment of departmental goals and team performance factors are continually achieved. The Manager plays a key role in the escalation of complex technical issues, which require timely resolution, whilst maintaining and increasing high levels of customer satisfaction. The Manager is a key member of the Worldwide Technical Support management team and an important part of the role is looking to the future needs of our organization and working together with colleagues in establishing standard processes, organization and infrastructure for Progress Software Technical Support worldwide.
