What did I get for Christmas this year?
Some of you might be asking: "So Molly, What did you get for Christmas this year? A lump of coal?"
Well I must have been a good boy as I did idea receive some presents (as well as one that I bought for my family that will be discussed in a future post).
The first present that I received was a very cool game that I had played at my sisters place a few Christmas’ ago. My neices got it for Christmas and us adults couldn’t wait for them to go to bed so that we could have the game for ourselves!
The game is UNO Attack. It has the basic UNO rules that we are all probably know but instead of having a pile to pick up from, you have a Card shooter. This shooter can send out anywhere from no cards to lots (never counted but I think 8 - 10 is the most) which adds to the fun and banter of game, and also can change things very quickly. For example you might be on your last card, you can’t put that card down because it doesn’t fit. You press the button and suddenly you have 9 cards.
There is also a new swap hands with someone card and a throw out all the cards of same color (as this card) which adds to the stradegy.
The other present that I got was a hat with my websites URL on it. Here is a photo of it:
There was talk of getting a shirt with "FIGJAM" on the front and the website URL on the back, but the thought was I wouldn’t wear it (I would have by the way).
