From the AFL Blog: Fantastic final quarters
After great finish on Friday night, this is what the AFL Blog has to say:
Fantastic final quarters:“Nick Davis may not have written his names into the history books with his four-goal final quarter against Geelong on Friday night, but he has etched himself a name in football folklore.”
My Heart goes out to the Geelong supports (including my Dad). The team played fairly well but Rex Hunt put on the Radio on Saturday, they can’t be happy with their result and it wasn’t a good effort because they lost. These are strong thoughts but internally in the club this has to be their mindset. In dealing with the press, they can take a softer line and say it was a good effort, but really need to rise above this and move forward.
