“iPod technical Support” stumped!!

Well from the highs of July 17th when he made his declaration to today when he is stumped by a new iPod and getting it working. He asks “Any Ideas??”.
 
I say get an iRiver! Apart from anything else it does Video (well the International iRiver H320 does!) and that could be important in the near future if Mick’s (Cam’s partner in crime at The Podcast Network) comment on this post about whether video delivered by RSS is a Podcast  is any indication!
 
Boys, perhaps you could  have a feed in iRiver H320 ready?
