SCOBLEIZED!
Well, last night I noticed in my Referrals stats that I got a hit coming from Robert Scoble (the Scobleizer’s) weblog. Thinking that it must have been one of the comments I made, I went to check it out. To my absolute surprise, I had been linked to by Scoble. How cool is that.
The link was in reference to the my comments on the recent Dell Conversation.
Just to clear it up, I agree that Dell should be listening, but more to find what their customers want and need (i.e. Marketing and Product Development) rather then to Solve individual problems (i.e Tech Support).
